How Heffos keeps workspaces apart

What do I need to run Heffos?

A fresh Linux server that you control. Your workspace gets an address like your-team.heffos.com, or you can use your own domain.

Where is my data stored?

On your server. Heffos runs on hardware you control; app.heffos.com only knows your account and which servers and workspaces exist.

Can I run several workspaces on one server?

Yes. Each workspace has its own database and its own version, and adding a workspace never changes the others.

Which languages does Heffos speak?

The interface is available in English, Polish, French and German — and so is the Desk customer portal.

How is a paid plan billed?

Per user, monthly or annually; annual billing saves 20%. See Pricing.

Can I get an invoice or a quote?

Yes — write to sales@heffos.com and we will send one.

How do I sign in?

Open your workspace address — for example your-team.heffos.com — or enter it on the Sign in page.

I forgot my password.

Use the password reset on your workspace’s sign-in page. A reset link arrives by email.

Who can see what?

Roles (owner, admin, member, guest), per-module access and permission schemes decide. Wiki pages and CRM records can be restricted further.

A new wiki page doesn’t show up in search.

The search index refreshes every hour, so a brand-new page can take up to an hour to appear.

My workspace address doesn’t open.

Check that the server is running and that the address points to it. If you use your own domain, check its DNS record.
